Euromex trinocular polarizing microscope ME.2885

Eyepieces One eyepiece HWF 10x/18, one HWF eyepiece 10x/18 with cross hair and one eyepiece HWF10x/18 with micrometer scale 10 mm. in 100 parts. All eyepieces are suitable for people wearing glasses
Tube  Trinocular, 30° inclined, 360° rotatable. Eye-correction with permanent tube length adjustment. Interpupillary distance adjustable between 53 and 72 mm. During use of the vertical phototube the light is devided between the phototube (80%) and the eyepieces (20%). Magnification of the tube is 1.5x
Compensators and Bertrand lens
- Bertrand lens New type - produces extra large interference patterns. Mounted in sliding holder
- Analyzer (polarisator) in sliding holder
- Compensating filters : interchangeable, mica 1/4 wave length and gypsum red 1st order, mounted in sliding holder
Nosepiece  Suitable for 4 objectives, fitted with ball-bearings, with click stop. The 3 objective positions are centerable
Objectives  SMPOL semi-plan strain-free objectives 4x N.A. 0.10, 10x N.A. 0.25 and S40x N.A. 0.65
The S40x objective is spring-mounted

Condenser  Abbe condensor N.A. 1.25, strain free, with iris diaphragm and blue filter in holder
Vertically adjustable by means of control knob with rack and pinion. Polarizer filter in swing-out holder, rotatable with click-stops at 0°and 90°
Illumination  Built-in Köhler halogen illumination 6 volt 30 watt with field diaphragm. Pre-centered  illuminator with collector lens. Light intensity continuously adjustable with transformer for 230 volt operation
