Euromex Microscopen BV is a leading manufacturer of microscopes and other optical instruments. Founded in 1966, Euromex has become a world-class supplier of biological and stereo microscopes

The corporate office is based in Duiven, The Netherlands. A facility with a 2,000 m2 conditioned logistics warehouse, an optomechanical workshop, an R&D department and a high-level quality control department

Around the world, Euromex operates in more than 120 countries through distributors and resellers. A wide variety of customers such as schools and educational institutes, clinical and research laboratories and a broad range of industrial customers are using Euromex microscopes

Euromex Microscopen bv is a subsidiary of Euromex Optics Group bv, a group holding company with active subsidiaries in the field of optical instruments and high level optical and opto-mechanical components 

One of the group companies is Physix Photonics, a subsidiary that manufactures optical components and assemblies. The high end capabilities of Physix vary from flat optics (filters, beamsplitters, waveplates, mirrors) to curved optics (lenses, doublets, cylindrical, aspherical) at high MIL and ISO specifications. Optical coatings such as AR, Dielectric, Neutral Density, Dichroic Filter and Beamsplitter coatings can be manufactured according to customers’ specification.

Euromex departments

LOGISTICS
Euromex has a very experienced logistics department. They are responsible for the complete process involving planning, managing and controlling the flow of goods and services for customers, supplying information and arranging shipping our microscopes from our factory to any destination all over the world. The logistics team is responsible for supplying the official Certificates of Origin, meaning they are in direct contact with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce daily

QUALITY CONTROL
Euromex commits to supplying quality products. This is why our Quality Control department checks our microscopes after production on optical, mechanical, electrical and general appearance issues before the microscopes are approved for shipment. Each microscope has its own set of quality inspection instructions and specifications that need to be met before approval. All instructions are logged in our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality systems

ISO 13485 is the medical device industry’s most widely used international standard for quality management. Issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 13485 standard is an effective solution to meet the comprehensive requirements for a quality management system in the medical device industry

WORKSHOP
Besides the standard products, our workshop specializes in custom requests. Mechanical or optical adjustments to meet customer needs can be quickly done in-house. We are also capable of supplying customer specified lenses, mirrors, filters, prisms, optical windows etc. ranging from 3 mm to 3 meters in size

WAREHOUSE
The Euromex warehouse team is responsible for storage, distribution, warehousing, movement of goods from one place to another (internally), tracking and preparing goods for shipment. Their secondary duty is running the internal repositioning of unfinished goods, partially finished goods and goods that are ready to be sold. The team is also responsible for inventories of the organizations stock and making sure that goods, subassemblies and raw materials are at the required location at the right time

SALES TEAM
Our Sales team is a professional, internationally orientated team focusing on customer service. With native speakers in Spanish, German, French, Dutch, English, Vietnamese, Russian, Italian; they serve the complete world wide sales network. Using vast knowledge on microsocopy, service and sales as tools we aim for best service and quality at all times

MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT
The marketing and development team of Euromex strives to keep the Euromex product range up to date and competitive. A grand catalog of more than 400 pages was created and a number of new products and updates have been released. New products are currently being developed at this very moment! We will keep you informed through by means of our newsletters
